It is absolutely natural to see old people with white hair but in nowadays, more and more young people tend to confront with this problem. Massage your head with butter from the cow milk. Apply it at least twice a week for a couple of months.
You can try as well the mix between a liter of yoghurt and a spoon of yeast. Eat a bowl before each meal from this mix, for a couple of weeks.
