Strawberries and cucumbers – these are the main ingredients of this smoothie. The big quantity of vitamin C that is found in strawberries cleans the skin, maintaining it young.
The recipe – 1¾ cup of frozen strawberries, 1½ cup of sliced cucumbers, 1 frozen banana, 1 1½ cup of almond milk and 1 1½ cup of spinach.
