The ideal bikini body is a target that most of us find hard to keep it under control. Anyhow, there are some tips one can take on and apply to one’s lifestyle in order to have a flat belly. These are:
Eat fats – we are talking about healthy fats – if one can say this. Some of them are found in nuts, avocado, fish oil and oils. We are by far not referring to bad fats. The good fats should be consumed each day. They encourage the fat to burn the fat around your waist, giving you a nice ab area, and in the same time they encourage your body to absorb the vitamins and the minerals faster. Therefore, each time you eat a salad, add some olive oil or seeds, nuts etc.
Take a bath – before taking a photo session many stars make a bath in salts. The Epsom salts especially. All you need to do is add in your tub a cup or two with such salts. They are an old remedy to eliminate the toxins and help to calm and exfoliate the skin. One or two such baths per week, will accelerate the fat lose.
Detoxing – the ideal report of bacteria in a healthy human body is of 85% friendly bacteria and 15% bad bacteria. Despite this fact, many people have an exactly opposite report of these. This is the case when you always feel that you are not feeling very well at your stomach and you are not really feeling yourself. To do this thing one should avoid the food that creates the bad bacteria to develop – such as the chemical products or any products that contain many chemicals.
For example one should replace the tap water with filtered water; consume organic meat; eat meat less; give up alcohol; if you have to take antibiotics, remember to always take probiotics together with them and remember that many medicines that one takes daily without prescription can lead to a swollen belly.
Do not overcook – that is If you cook. If you overcook the food you will destroy or reduce the nutrients that it contains. Try to make sure that approximately 50% of the products from your plate are raw – especially the vegetables.
Beware of gluten – they can easily weaken the abs wall and as well smoothen it. Therefore, they create that so called belly. The gluten can swallow the intestine right beneath your navel. The foods that contain gluten is the bread and the pasta, the cereals one eats for breakfast, the pastry products, the pizza, the crackers, the bagels, the alcohol, the cheese cream, the ketchup, the salad dressing and the spicy sausages.
Sleep more hours – We usually have a totally different sleep program in comparison to that of our ancestors. Well – this is where the problem lays. Anyhow, if you fancy taking better care of your sleep you will see that the longer you sleep the more weight you will lose, especially around your waist. The ideal temperature from your bedroom should be between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius, reduce sunlight in the bedroom or buy a masque to cover your eyes, stole a “little” sleep for time to time during the day – 15 minute is enough.
Eat more fruits and vegetables – the stress hormone causes the bodies to develop that fat around your waist and the abs. anyhow, there are some foods that can reduce stress and offer you a more flat abs.
Cut the hours you spend in front of TV – limit the time you spend at your laptop or TV. These two things will suck your life from your body, will diminish your sleep and overstimulate the brain.
Stay away from those friends that suck up the energy from your body. They are all those that have a negative attitude all the time. Spend your time doing things that make you laugh and have fun.
The last but not least is that you do not skip the breakfast. It is the most important meal and your body will become nervous and stressed if you do not give it something to chew till noon.
