The physical effort – is one of the things that keep you healthy. One should shovel the snow in winter time, do some knitting, play a sport, jog or walk. For example, as you are older you most probably do not have a full time job that keeps you busy all time and does not allow you do anything more. While one could not be able to run too much due to the circulation issues, walking is also a very god incentive.
