In contemporary society smoking has become a more and more common and often met vice, even when one talks about teenagers and young people. Most of the times when one wants to give up smoking the temptations are so big that one cannot abstain oneself. Giving up smoking is for most people similar to giving up one’s best friend, who has been at your side when you needed him. The problem is that you should think of it vice versa, as giving yourself to an enemy that has done you a lot of harm.

Natural remedies to give up smoking:
Eucalyptus leaf infusion – this is obtained from 1 1½ spoon of eucalyptus leaves left to be infused for an hour in 750 ml of boiled water. One should drink this for 30 days in a row, 100 ml once, for 5 to 6 times per day.
Lyoopod infusion – this is prepared from 5 grams of dried and grinded powder, left to be infused around 5 minutes in 200 ml of boiled water. After you intermingle it you drink it on your empty stomach. It provokes a sensation of nausea when you light up a cigarette afterwards.
Brotherwort infusion – it is obtained from 2 spoons of plant mixed with 1 liter of boiled water, left to be infused for 3 minutes. One should keep this cure for a few weeks and from 20 to 20 minutes one should drink 50 ml of tea. This will make you nausea when you lit the cigarette up.
Chew plants – there are other natural remedies that mean chewing different plants to diminish the need for a cigarette. Most of the times the smokers tend to replace the cigarettes with candies or other things to eat. This is the reason for which most of them when they give up smoking, they get fatter.
Remedy with pumpkin seeds and honey – if you would prefer not use infusions or chew dried plants, you can try this mix of pumpkin seeds and honey. Take 300 grams of well peeled pumpkin seeds and then crashed and mix it with honey. Eat 1 spoon on empty stomach each morning.
