Some crave or chocolate while some crave for something salted. Sometimes the cravings are so strong that it makes you go out of the house in the middle of the night and go to the store and buy what you crave for. What you crave for is what your body needs to eat and what your body lacks.
If you crave for chocolate your body needs magnesium. This you can find in seeds, nuts, fruits and vegetables.
If you crave for something sweet it means that your body needs chrome that you find in broccoli, grapes, cheese, beans, chicken, beef liver; phosphorus that one can find in chicken beef, fish, egg, nuts, vegetables and corn flakes; tryptophan that can be found in lamb meat, liver, spinach , potato and raisins.
If you crave for toast it means that you need nitrogen which you can find in fish, meat, beans and nuts.
If you crave for chips and bad fats it means that you are in needs for calcium which one can find it easily in mustard, onion, broccoli, vegetables, cheese and nap.
If you crave coffee or tea, it means that you need phosphorus, which one will find in chicken, beef, liver, fish, eggs, dairy products, nuts and cereals; sulfur which one can find in peppers, onion, garlic and as well iron salt, which one can find in fish, chicken, sea fruits and black cherries.
If you crave for alcohol or relaxing pills it means that you have a lack of proteins and calcium. One can take its proteins from chicken, pork, nuts, dairies and sea fruits; calcium can be taken from mustard, onion, broccoli, vegetables, cheese, black olives or potatoes.
If ice is what you crave for it means that you are in need for iron, which can be found in fish, chicken, sea fruits and black cherries.
If you crave for salted foods you need chloride that can be found in fish, goat milk and sea salt.
If you are in need for liquids, it means you lack water – try drinking more water as the day passes. If you feel that you crave for more solid than liquid things it also means that your body needs water. It has been dehydrated for such a long time that it no longer feels the need of water. Anyhow, this does not mean that one should not drink. Drink as much water as you can.
If you crave for toasted food it means that you need carbon that you can find in fresh fruits.
If you crave for acid foods it means that you need magnesium that one can find in nuts, seeds or vegetables and fruits.
If you crave for cold drinks it means that you have a lack of manganese. One can find it in nuts, pineapple and black currant.
If you have cravings while one is on their monthly phase it means that you need zinc. This can be found in red meat, sea fruits, salad or vegetables with leaves.
If one is hungry almost all the time, it sure means that you lack something and it sure does not mean one has to eat all the time. You need silicon that one can take from the nuts, seeds or that you need trypsin that one can find in vitamin C , oranges, vegetables and red fruits.
If you do not feel like eating it means that you are in lack of vitamin B1, B3 or some chlorides. One can find the above in beans, nuts, liver, tuna, beef, chicken, pork, vegetables, seeds, fish, sea salt or goat milk.
